MGS BIG

The MGS BIG Grizzly screen is a robust and efficient solution for the primary separation of material containing large and heavy debris. Where conventional screening plants risk clogging or damage from oversized fractions, this machine is indispensable as the first step in the processing process of, for example, construction debris, demolition material or rocks. The basis of the design is formed by segments with infinitely adjustable openings ranging from 85 to about 200 mm, allowing the sieve to be precisely tailored to the specific requirements of the job.

Despite its heavy construction, great attention has been paid to mobility. The MGS BIG weighs less than 1,000 kg, making transport behind a passenger car possible, and thanks to the integrated forklift attachments, the machine is easy to move on site. The screen is designed for large equipment and works optimally with loaders and excavators with a bucket width of up to 2.7 meters and a capacity of 2 m³.
