MDS MINI

The drum sieves of the MDS series from CZ SCREEN are distinguished by a unique design with interchangeable sieves, allowing flexible adaptation to different jobs. Whereas the larger MDS BIG can theoretically separate up to three fractions plus excess, the compact MDS MINI offers a practical solution for sorting into two fractions and excess. This is achieved by fitting the drum with segments of different mesh sizes. The machines are versatile for materials such as compost, soil, sand and rubble, and can even be equipped with special perforated plates.

The MDS MINI was designed specifically with mobility and ease of use in mind. Thanks to the collapsible lower frame and a weight of only 850 kg, the sieve is easy to transport on a trailer. For optimal results, both the drum speed and internal paddles are adjustable and a rotating brush keeps the drum clean. It is suitable for loaders and excavators with bin widths up to 160 cm (approx. 0.5 m³) and can be supplied with various hopper options.
