MS OMEGA

The MS OMEGA is a robust double-deck screening unit designed specifically for stationary use and the toughest jobs. Although the machine is structurally based on the MS BIG and MS GIANT, this model is distinguished by longer screens and a lower angle of inclination, providing significantly higher screening efficiency. It is powered by two motors on power current (400V) and achieves a capacity of up to 70 tons per hour, making it suitable for loaders and excavators with bucket widths of up to 180 cm.

The MS OMEGA is particularly versatile, for example directly behind a crusher or integrated into a complete recycling or production line. The frame is designed so that the screened material can be discharged via conveyors in up to three different directions. Thanks to the transverse tensioned, replaceable sieves and the ability to adapt the lower frame to specific requirements, this machine offers a powerful solution for those looking for flexibility in sorting.
